I purchased a Navy Blue Dress (064.5586.L.) on the 5th July just before the store was about to close 20h50 / 20h55 at your Canal Walk branch, however when i tried it on at home it wasnt my size. I then returend the item back to store the next day and the store manager profoundly refused to assist me with an exchange. I was bluntly told "sorry we do not exchange sale items". I returned twice to your store for assistance staff sticking to their word "sorry no exchange on sale items". All i wanted was to exchange the item for a smaller size. According to the Consumer Protection Act, one could return the product back store if not happy.
I am not happy with your store managers decision and the fact that i have been a loyal customer. This is pathetic, where is your customer service??
I would like an exchange for this product and feedback within 48 hours. I await your response.
