I bought readers from clicks on the 4th January 2013. Approx three weeks later the left hand arm broke off on a join. Took it back with the slip and was told by the 'manager' that they would not replace/refund me due to wear and tear. Informed the manager that this was not wear and tear as they were only three week old. Anyway I was treated like a criminal and I told the manager there were two option open. He either refunded me or not as I would (after his rude behaviour) would not be using clicks in the future. I was refunded my R99.99 and that day I logged a complaint on clicks webpage 'unhelp'section
One week later and I still wait for a response to this complaint. Seems that management dont' care either.
Well goodbye clicks, your lack of service has lost you a customer, pity I did all my shopping there but Dischem is around the corner so I will wish you well for the future. Incidently when mentioning my experience comments of bad service from your new branch in Kloof have come to the fore.
