No refund for credit card mistake

On 9 November a duplicate amount was deducted from our credit card during a purchase at our local Clicks branch. We supplied all the documents that were asked of us. We followed up several times at the local Clicks, but no refund was forthcoming. We then lodged a complaint on the internet with central customer service, who returned our call and promised to fix the matter, but this did not happen. We contacted customer service again with the threat to put the matter on the internet if we do not receive a refund, but after another more than a week still no response. More than two months later, and Clicks have not refunded the amount they deducted twice.
