I bought Safeway speakers from Clicks, exchanged them three times as each one had a different problem. I took them back to Clicks Atlasville and they would not refund as I did not have my slip, yes granted that is most places policy and I keep all my slips but another Clicks branch kept it the last time I exchanged. I said she could trace that I bought them with my clubcard, The Clubcard centre was closed. She then said I must go back to the branch that kept my slip. 1) I don't have time to run around to different Clicks stores. 2) I did not get my slip back for the faulty product. 3) if it was a name brand product I could have bought anywhere I would understand but Safeway is exclusive to Clicks so it's not as though I bought something from somewhere else and then went to Clicks to get my money back and I would have kept the product if it worked! I think it's really poor customer service. Zaida was not rude at all I just think it's very poor service. I just want my money back I payed for a product that I have exchanged 3 times
