2X shoes of the same foot

I bought shoes from Edagrs Johannesburg, and was given 2x of the same foot and i never checked up until a week ago. Yeserday i went to the very same store to exchange or sort the issue but instead was sent gfrom one person to the other. I did not have my card nor slip at the time and was told that my account has got pay to buy and if it shows that i won't be able to exchange. The lady from customer service tried to help by getting the person in charge of the department to do a straight swap but the shoes were no where to be found, and trhen that person told me to credit back the shoes and go get it somewhere else and i asked him if i am going to get them as the same price as the one's i have and told he does not know. when i bought the shoes it was selling at R299.95 and on the system was R59.95. When i checked the box yesterday it wa written ODDS and 2X R on the side of the barcode. I never got help and ended leaving the store seing that no one is willing to help me. I stay far from johannesburg and these shoes are my father's present.
