Poor turn around time on repairs

On 2 Jan I took my Packard Bell PC for repairs to Incredible Connection for the CF card reader which was corrupting my cards. Ms Kekana assisted me. After a detailed explanation of fault, tests I'd done, ect. her paperwork had one line of wrongful information in sms jargon. Not proffesional. She told me there was a 10-14 day waiting period but business PC's were escelated. After 10 days I phoned to follow up. Packard Bell was still awaiting the acceptance of the quote they sent to IC. Now 16 days later, I contacted PB directly, who only received the unit on 11 Jan. Where was my PC for the 9 days? They sent the quote on the 11th, which was only accepted on the 17th. I confronted IC who told me PB's repair section was closed for the holidays until the 7th. Had Kekana told me this I'd have kept it to work on and just not use the reader. I've asked PB and they deny this, saying they were operating from the 2nd. The manager at IC, Ringo, has been helpful telephonically, although his excuses seem to be desperate. Now PB tells me the motherboard is broken. When did this happen? Probably in the 9 days no-one can account for? This is the worst service I have ever come across! I want my PC!
