INSULTED an ACT of in CLICKS STO

I was recently insulted by a white customer at Constantia Village branch of Clicks. She told me to wipe her backside. The staff did absolutely nothing to protect my dignity or respect. Instead I was told by one of the staff members to shhh. Which I took as to just keep quite. I use this branch of Clicks stores to regularly pick up my medication. I reported the matter to Sharwaan who I was told is the store manager. He was very helpful and informed the matter would be investigated and be escalated to the regional manager. This kind of insulting behaviour is reminiscient of the days of apartheid when we as non whites were forced to endure such insults. What's surprises me even more is the attitude of Clicks staff to the manner in which I was insulted. When were promised an explanation regarding this incident over one month ago and nothing has been done. Is this the sort of behaviour one has to be subjected to while shopping at Clicks. This was a direct assault to my dignity and respect which obviously means nothing to Clicks
