Waiting for a closed account letter for weeks

I requested Clicks to close my Clicks account as I am not prepared to wait for paper vouchers anymore at it takes months to get these vouchers delivered were as with Dischem I can view my points at the tills and use my vouchers immediately and also the Clicks prices are much higher than Dischem and also the Homeopath dept at Dischem are much bigger than at Clicks also Dischem's staff is much friendlier than Clicks. It also takes Clicks 5 days to respond to emails and I am not happy with this a 2 day time frame is resonable.

I had a chat to Zubier Baker about all these issues and requested him to close my account and sent me a letter, this was already on the 2/5/13 and still no letter were emailed I also followed him up an several occasions via email and to date nothing happened.

Is Clicks trying to be as Spitefull as the can?
