Out of stock after payment / extra shipping levied

I'm not a happy chappy because:
1. You accept money from customers when behind the scenes, you're out of stock.
The website should state clearly that your suppliers have no stock of an item. This is something YOU need to sort out with your suppliers. Now your customers are taking the wrap. We can't pay for stuff you don't have!
2. Your new policy refusing to put a replacement with a current order.
If I have to cancel items on an order because your supplier tells you he's out of stock AFTER I paid, then I'd like to REPLACE the cancelled item on the order without the penalty of paying extra shipping! You can't tell me: "sorry now that you've paid, we're out of stock. Feel free to order something else in its place - you have the credit - but it's going to cost you extra shipping charges because we refuse to add it onto the order you placed in the first place.

And this is after I spent over R2000 in 2 months!
Your call centre staff is excellent - management of your policies and supply chain is pathetic.
