Poor Service Yet Again!

I ordered and prepaid for a product on the 1-1-14 order: 1389272, to be delivered on the 31-1-14. Three days before delivery I get an email, "supplier out of stock." It took almost four weeks after order for them to tell me that stock was a problem, even though Takealot's website still shows you can order the item... It took a further three days and emails before they said the item was out of stock.

This is the third time that this has happened when ordering from Takealot. I never had any issues with them when they traded as Take2. The last time it took twelve weeks for them to sort out the item that they couldn't supply. First the supplier was out of stock, then the item arrived damaged.

I don't want a refund I want the product that I prepaid for and I want a confirmed date when I will receive it.

Sort it out, I want what I paid for, I don't want excuses
