I ordered an item today and send through proof of payment immediately. When I got there an hour after sending proof of payment the order was not ready. It took another 30 minutes before it was ready. It was only ready after the person from the account's department got up and prepared the stock himself.

This is not the 1st time. It always takes an hour about from the time an order is placed and payment is made before it can be dispatched.

When I got my stock, the item's packaging was so scratched and old. The feedback I got was that everyone is buying different brand than what I ordered and my item was old stock.

After today I understand why Frontosa never has a lot of customers in the Kyalami branch compared to other suppliers in Midrand who is constantly busy. With the other suppliers you can walk to sales, place an order, make a payment, go to the cashier and then collect your stock. All this within minutes. I actually collected another order from another supplier, this order was placed at the same time as Frontosa's order, and I spent more time parking my vehicle then collecting the stock. the whole process took not even 10 minutes.
