Poor service and no refund

I contacted Rampage on stock availability after which stock was confirmed and I was asked if I needed any assistance with placing an order. I responded stating that I would like to order the item and asked whether I need to do so via their website or if this response would be sufficient to create the order after which I did not receive a reply. Two days later I proceeded and placed the order from the website (with payment) only to be informed that they are out of stock. Denying a request from me to replace the item with their recommended replacement with no additional cost (as their poor service lead me to order the item after stock was confirmed) I proceeded to cancel my order and requested a refund. My banking details were forwarded followed by two weeks of silence from Rampage in spite of numerous emails from me requesting an update on the proceedings. Needless to say, still no refund.
