Fails to Refund, ripping me off

Electronics and household app.

First: Webantics states if the order is over R1, 000 free shipping applies, I was charged R95 shipping. Second I have email COMFIRMED that stock was available BEFORE I paid, once paid I received a long story regarding one unit not being available. It takes 1 minute to call your supplier for a stock check. Webantics tried to flog a more expensive unit over which I refused, instead I placed another order to near the credit amount of R1026.68 They did not have stock, all they had was a DVD writer for R208.96. Therefore I paid R2148.36 and received R1330.64 in items with my free shipping of R95 charged. They promised my refund on Friday 01 March, nothing came in. I emailed them in regards to why they have failed to refund me, they do not respond. I called them and they fail to get back to me in regards to why they have yet to refund me.

What I fear is the fact that I am being ripped off, they have my money and I want it back, 2 weeks have already passed. I am forced to speak to my lawyer for a possible charge against webantics.
