"Goods will be shipped as soon as paid" what a lie

I have made payment to [URL Removed] on tuesday using their instanteft service, payment was cleared and included in that payment was the payment for the shipping cost (2 day shipping method). According to the FAQ, goods are to leave their premises as soon as payment has been made. Yesterday (a day after payment was made and cleared) they were still processing the order (on the website, it showed that they had stock before i placed my order, I don't see what processing will then take 2 days), today the status has changed to "Tracking info" and it shows as the goods still have not left their premises. My question is why make me pay for 2 day shipping when they are going to take forever just to get my order off their premises. I doubt I will ever use [URL Removed] in the future again and I have given them business before
