Disappointing service

On 5 November 2013 I ordered (a1000669341) two blu-rays on the R149 Disney Special, African Cats and Chimpanzee, estimated delivery date was 20 November, however from that day on the date kept changing to a later date every day. Up until the 22nd of November (the last time I checked) both items were still listed as in stock, the week thereafter African Cats up to this day shows out of stock. Only after I contacted support on the 27th they responded to me that they were struggling to source African Cats, but they will in the mean time ship Chimpanzee. While I appreciate that the the one item was shipped, I can't help to wonder what the staff was doing from the 5th when I placed my order and my payment went through and the 22nd when last I checked the item was still in stock. Should Kalahari place the order with the supplier directly after the payment went through on the 5th? This is really disappointing service by Kalahari.

African Cats is in stock with 24h delivery at both Loot and Takaelot, so I cannot really see what Kalahari's excuse is. Yes they may have different suppliers, but then they should get better suppliers. I haven't once had these problems with Loot or Takealot.
