I placed a order with this company for 3 items of the same product. However when I went to checkout I was told they only have 2 in stock! I still went ahead and placed the order at 8.50am. At 8.51am they sent me a confirmation of payment however now they said they had NO STOCK! I immediately phoned them to inquire about this discrepancy. The lady that answered the phone said that in the time i had placed my order someone else had ordered 1 of the same item so they only had 1 left in stock. Now i have to wait 10 working days for my order. What a load of rubbish!!! If i had known they had no stock i would have not placed the order. They deducted the money from my credit card within 1 minute!! I have asked them to cancel the order and pass me a credit immediately as this amount was taken from me under false pretenses. Until now no response from them!! I want a credit not later than today as it took them 1 minute to take my money.
