No delivery, no answers from support

I ordered a PS3 (500Gb games) from the Dion Wired website on 18 June and payed, received order confirmation and that delivery is within 2- 5 days. At the time of order the item was advertised IN STOCK.
I phoned online support to get an update as my order status stayed "Your order is being processed". The 1st guy couldn't find my order. Warren phoned the next day and told me they would follow up. The last e-mail I received was 22 June with the promise of following up. On 25 June the HDMI cable was delivered and no PS3.
I phoned and again my order was missing from the system. I phoned again and I was told that they "are aware of stock issues" and would "follow up". Isn't displaying a product as IN STOCK when ordered false advertising? How can you accept payment for an item out of stock without informing me before the purchase is made?
A week later on 2 July I received the wrong PS3 (12Gb, no games). I went to Tyger Val branch where I asked for a refund because they couldn't supply the product I ordered. (Also no stock)
Warren just phoned (9 Jul) to ask if I received my order... That is a very interesting interpretation of a promise to "follow up". This is no way to do business.
