I though for people to collect money from checkers they required to produce ID's. My mothers money was given to someone else which i think it is ridiculous that while you wanna blame my cousin for mistakenly putting one wrong digit, you are not taking responsibility for the fact that you did not follow your own procedure in ensuring that the money is in fact issued to the correct person. The level that my mother was dealy with is utterly disgusting if your unemployed 60 year old mother lost the money meant to look after her grand children what will you do. YOU ARE A BUNCH OF HYPOCRITES CAUSE YOU DO NOT CARE OF THE COMMUNITY IF YOU TURNAROUND and mistreat the senior citizens.
