I ordered and paid for a fair amount of items on the 5th of Dec. When I phoned back the next day, they claimed to not have received the payment, I emailed it to them once again, they got the payment on Monday 09 Dec. I left it at that. One of the items was 24 hour delivery. When I phoned to ask when my parcel was going to be shipped, they told me it was out of stock. How on earth can you advertise a item, take the money & then tell me you dont have stock!? Between today and the 9th of December I have phoned a few times trying to find out if the stock has arrived. This morning they still did`nt have stock so I cancelled my order. I went on the website; the item I JUST cancelled was showing as in stock again. I phoned kahalari once again and asked them if this is true. The lady said she will send a mail to some or other department and get back to me. I phoned her now again and now she is saying it takes up to 24 hours to get a reply and if it is in stock, I would have to pay for the same item again because they take up to 7 days to transfer my credit for the items cancelled back into my account. This was suppose to be a xmas gift for a little girl, thanks for ruining it KALAHARI!!
