No feedback for a week, then a out of stock call

I placed order 2014370/20131130/CNA on 30 November. On 6 December I phoned in to follow up on this order and was told I would get my order this week by Wednesday. Today I received a call form one of your staff informing me that there is no stock of one of the items I ordered. He then asked if they should only send the one item. I said no and asked him to cancel the order and credit my account with the R599.80 that you already debited.. He said its fine he will pass it on to the correct person. When I got home I went to the CNA website and saw the order is still open.

PLEASE cancel order 2014370/20131130/CNA and credit my account accordingly ASAP.
