Where is my refund!

Order # 200895252 - Placed on 30/12/2012 - When I ordered the goods there was stock. I paid for it via eBucks & my account was debited. On 31/12/12 I receive an email from Zando saying that my order was canceled due to non-payment. On 02/01/13 I email proof of said payment to Zando. 04/01/13 - payment received was confirmed by Zando - there was stock. 2 weeks later when I called to find out where my delivery was - I was was told by (I think her name is) Thembi, that the stock had not even left the warehouse yet. She promised to call me back to let me know what is happening - I am still waiting for this call. Then I get told on the 14/01 - there is no stock, do I want a refund or credit. I ask for a refund. I get told that the refund will take 3-7 work days. I mean really! A payment has to be made immediately - why do I need to wait 3-7 work days to get my money back. I then ask if passing a Zando credit voucher will be quicker (17/01) - well I am still waiting for this response.
I have bought quite a few times before. I usually place my order and within 3 days it is delivered. This is certainly going to make me very apprehensive to buy anything more from Zando ever again.
