Account been put on itc listing

This Markhams account was paid up in full and closed but still i have a listing saying that i'm on itc list for and owing of R1000 and sum odd rand which i don't know where it comes from. I tried to apply for finance and i was declined because i'm on ITC. Please can any one of Markhams consultants call me and have this issue sorted out asap.
