On 13 Nov I placed an order and received confirmation that it had been received. The amount had also been deducted from my credit card. On 19 Nov Rubybox sent me the following message via email "Your order was placed on hold due to a stock delay on one of your products but it arrived today so your order is sent out and should arrive by Friday latest". Then I got this message on Nov 21 "I would like to advise that your boutique order is on hold due to the supplier being out of stock with one of your items in your order. Please inform us if you would like to exchange the item in your order for a different item to the same value? " I replied and said I wanted a refund or the original product - No response- Then I called them on Mon 25 Nov, Chris advised that they once again had the order and would deliver on Thurs. He called me back on Tues and said that they now did not have the stock and and would I like to choose something else! I once again said that he needs to refund my card and provide me with proof thereof, I agreed to this but to date I have not received the proof or confirmation. How can they sell items on the website that they do not have? Been shifted from pillar to post.
