ADT: always there?? Clearly NOT!!

On 3 April ADT sent me email and sms communication informing that I would be charged an additional fee for excessive responses during the month of March. The communications stated that the additional amount would be deducted from my bank account with the next monthly debit.
This is the first that I was inforemd of additional charges for excessive response and as such, I find it absolutely unacceptable for ADT to simply inform me that the additional charges that take effect immediately without prior notice and without first seeking my consent.
Worse still, I spent an hour and ten minutes on the phone on the same day trying to speak with someone at ADT regarding the matter above. In that time I was put on hold twice and then hung up on twice after being promised both times that I was being transferred to the right department to deal with my query. Only on the third attempt did I manage to speak with someone who did not hang up on me. On this third attempt I was told that I would get a call back the next day. I am still waiting for that call. I also sent email on the same day and again no response!
Clearly ADT has no concern for good customer service and is only out to fleece us!!
