ADDITIONAL CHARGES & BAD SERVICE WTIH NO RECOURSE

We have 5 cell phones on contract with Autopage. They continuously put additional charges on our account and then don't pass the necessary credits. We have tried everything in our power to get this resolved. We have taken away their debit order rights and have not paid the account to try to get a resolution to these additional charges that need to be credited but to no avail. They simply go right ahead and take money out of our account without our permission. All cell phones can now be moved except one which they say still has 8 months to run.

When are Autopage actually in breach of contract and when do we get to say we no longer want to do business with them due to the extreme waste of productive time spent in trying to get our account sorted out with them. They get to do exactly as they please and we cannot do anything about it as we are tied into a contract wtih them and no matter how bad the service there is absolutely nothing we can do about.

We want out of the last cell phone still on contract with them without any further charges being incurred as we no longer want to do business with them
