Unexplained additional charges

For months now I have been charged additional charges that no one in the accounts department can explain to me. I have an ADSL account with 5GB data per month, but the charges that I receive every month is that of an uncapped account. When I call to ask what the additional charges are I get a lame story. The line's been suspended twice, and my parents have had to pay in the charges for the suspension, which means the account was cleared. So why is the account, after one month, suddenly double after it had been cleared. It seems that there are more and more unexplained charges added that I am not being made aware of. My monthly bill should be at max R450, but now I am informed that I need to pay in over R800. My father is the account holder, and I am responsible for the account and must sort everything out, as the internet was installed for me to work from home, but they will only give limited information, even after my father had stated to them that I am responsible for the account.
