Deductions without authorisation!

Hello Peter is the last channel of communication I will attempt with Cell C, before seeking legal council.

I have called numerous times to the call centre, sent several email to customer service, each time receiving a bland automated response. I received calls from Cell C several times over the past two months, with consultants promising to investigate and resolve my issue, only to never hear from them again.

I WAS a fairly happy Cell C customer, and only wished to have my one contract M2M contract cancelled, I gave 30-days written warning, only to have my contract cancelled with immediate effect, losing 10 hours talk time.

Secondly, Cell C has been deducting monies from my account, even after I have a written email from Cell C, stating that there will be no penalties/additional fees. - Money was deducted for May again! - I don't even have my number with Cell C anymore, nor a Cell C sim!

I have correspondence from/to Cell C:
Initial Cancellation email on 31 March.
9 emails to and fro Cell C on 14 April
2 emails, 19 April
2 email, 21 April
and another one now. Each time receiving some response from Cell C people/systems.
