Frank comes back until everything is ship shape

We upgraded our security system. Frank did the installation. He did his work rapidly and efficiently. The external beam was very sensitive and picked up the motion of our dog. Despite being ill, Frank came back and rectified the problem. He promised to return should further adjustments be required.

His employer Riaan Volschenk, however, has no people skills and treats his customers as if they are bothersome. he should realise that word of mouth compliments can lead to more business.
