On Fri 1 Feb 13 I called Adt technical dept as both my radios were not transmitting. I spent 3 hours on the phone attempting to get someone to fix the problem. I was put on hold repeatedly for as long as 30 mins and also cut off. No one saw this as an emergency. I logged a web complaint and have still not heard-(11.2.13). When the technician arrived he said that it was a problem that should have been escalated and not left to the Tues 5th- I had to stay in all that time as my alarm was not transmitting to the control room. I also logged a phone complaint and still have not heard. I tried again today to find out what the result of my complaint was and got put on hold for a superviser. I gave up after 10 minutes. This is not what I expect and just who do you speak to - the operators either cut you off or put you on hold. And as for that man and his patronising voice doing the PR/marketing gumph whilst you hold... It does nothing for your blood pressure could! You cannot get any help and no one comes back to you. ADT does not care about their clients- they are faceless! Sue Scott
