ADT charges extra after faaulty beam installations

I have logged this complaint before. I have also phoned ADT on numerous occasions. I have posted the complaint on their website as well. No one has ever called me back to discuss the hello peter complaint or the complaint i put on their website. It is impossible to get through to anyone senior at ADT, the consultants keep me on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time and I have never had the privelledge of speak to a Manager. I installed my beams in October 2011 and there has been endless problems since then. The beams somehow picked up people outside my yard and this activated the alarm. I have had 3 technicians come to my property to try and fix the problem. ADT now wants to charge me for every technician that has been there eventhough they have not installed the beams correctly. To date these beams activitae the alarm no less than 3 times a day and now ADT have decided that they will bill me for every activation after the 5th activation on my account, eventhough this was also never explained. THey have sent me a letter to say that they have the right to charge me anoy amount they deem necessary all whilst ensuring that the beams are installed correctly is their responsibility
