Alarm faulty

Adt had a company installed a alarm by my house in Nov 2013 DEC 2013 the alarm went dead no radio link up to control centre i got hold of adt control room the ref me to v-tech the installers i tried phoning v-tech but nobody took my call phone no 0114852046 this seems to a house no not a office no as per telkom no check then adt gave me a cell no of the guy that work for v-tech 0829981608 namely vizal but he was on holiday in Durban he told my wife that he will see to the alarm in 2014 when he comes back from Durban now i am sitting with no working alarm had to cancelled my trip to Capetown adt respond by saying that there nothing they can do as v-tech install the alarm and it is under v-tech warranty so in other words from adt we dont give a if they break in your house as long as we get payed for doing nothing not one petrol car was by my house and now v-tech removed the radio from my house and has not return to replace it still no radio link up and adt is still doing nothing can't get hold of any of adt managers as the control room dont want to put me through to any of the managers to help with this problem as i said adt is stating to the customers we don't care just pay us
