Very bad service, ongoing problem several months

Alarm going off. reported on several instances, had to disconnect battery to stop alarm and switch the power off.. service dept been out twice and wrote reports without repairing alarm and charged R480 twice, alarm STILL not working. no resolution. never arrived after promised they will arrive yesterday. alarm still sending panic signal to control room. can't get hold of service manager after numerous attempts. still no reply from service manager. and no feedback from tecnical dept. totally disappointed with service, continious problems with service/technical dept. all relevant contact details were left with assistant of service manager. panic thus being totally ignored at the moment, in case of emergency, there will be NO response. when they upgraded the alarm they left the alarm Computer alarms and only added the external system, the problems have only been with the ADT control board and sensors. the contract expires in Dec, i will not wish to renew it and rather revert back to the original service provider, Computer Alarms that were efficient and proffessional.
