Long hold with no action!

My international bandwidth is nonexistent so I called into the support desk yesterday. After 15 minutes on hold my call was taken. The problem could not be solve immediately so I sent in some race routes for the technical department to look at today. After 24 hours I have not heard a thing and the first action on my ticket was to hand it on after 22 hours. The support email mentioned that the Ickes should be escalated after 8 hours! Called in again tonight. A word of advice: leaving a customer on hold for 35 minutes is not a good idea! My levels of annoyance shot up especially when I confirmed that nothing had been done today about my problem. This is my first week with Cybersmart and I am not at all impressed with the product or the levels of service offered! Here's hoping somebody will do something to sort out my problem.
