I called for a technician to repair my gas hob. Within a few minutes I had been smsed a reference number and a promise to have the repair done within 24 hours.
After 24 hours I had not heard from anyone. So I called again. After waiting 15 minutes I was told that they had not given the repair to the gas specialist. So they logged another call.

Another 24 hours go by and I have not heard a word. I call. It takes 10 minutes to answer the call. I ask for a supervisor and then wait another 15 minutes. No one comes back to me. I call again. The lady tells me she will call the technician. I say please call me back in 5 minutes and let me know what is happening. I don't hear from her.

I call again. Now I am fuming and screaming. Elliot promises to get hold of the technician and call me back.
It is Friday afternoon and I am still waiting. The hob does not work. It is a weekend.

In all the years of dealing with Whirlpool I have never had such shoddy service. Not even a call back to say they could not get hold of the technician.

No supervisor or Service Manager on duty. Cant speak to anyone in charge.

Leaves a bad taste.
