Recently had a alarm from ADT install
The salesperson convince me the system is pet friendly
After installation the technicians told my wife that they cannot guarantee that cats won't set the alarm off. So my wife didn't use the alarm
i start using the alarm recently and the system kept on triggering
The response is very quick from ADT control room every time, They suggest technical assistance and every time "hold on i will put you through to the technical dept end up disconnected, one of the times I actually got through
to the technical dept only this time the technical guy put the phone down, this happen earlier today
Around 15hoo hours today after another false alarm reported to me The operator
put the phone down whilst i was talking to her. I try and explain to her that the ""l put you through to the technical dept " doesn't work i ask her to write my request in the book /log book. Her name is California
I then phone Johannesburg technical dept and request to speak to the supervisor to report her behaviour only to be cut off after about 15 min on hold
And I'm still waiting for the ATD Padlock
The response unit couldn't find my house today
