We have had problems with our alarm system since we bought the house 1.5 years ago. The alarm will go off for no reason and then cannot be turned off from the key pad or the remote control. The only way to turn it off is by disconnecting the power at the wall and the control box.
Technicians will come out, some times only 2 weeks later to fix the problem which we pay for the call out fee, only for the problem to happen again. Ive tried for months to speak to a manager and each time they put me on hold for over 20mins, ill hang up call back again then im placed on hold again for over 20mins. They say a manger will call me back. To date I have not spoken or seen a manager.
We sit with no alarm for over 50% of the month. The last few times a technician has come out and has had no feed back from the office and will no be prepare for the problem as they didn't receive a report card for office.
