I phoned them on the 15th of January about a low battery signal. i asked them to come out and was willing to pay for the call-out fee. I was told that i could only be assisted AFTER-HOURs 6 days later! WOW!! Peace of mind only MAYBE 6 days later!
After threatening them to close my account i got a call back to say that they can assist on the 17th. A Technician (R Solomon) was dispatched while my maid was at home. At no stage did i get a telephone call from him to advise that the battery was faulty and to give permission for them to replace this. I got home and was given an invoice to the total of R951, 56 of which R452, 58 was for the battery. i phoned them since 3 times - I soke to Nathan twice and Craig once and both of them promised to get a manager to phone me. They also both agreed and confirmed that my authorisation was needed first. My husband since went to enquire about the same battery from 2 different retailers - the one charged R200 for it and the other R250. NOt only is their call-out excessive but they also rob customers when parts are replaced! This morning Rose put me on hold and i was never transfered to a manager - the problem is suppose to disappea
