7 day Return policy what a load of bull!!!

I got a new contract with 2 new Samsung S4 mini 's on 29 Desember 2013, during the week that followed I noticed my Samsung's battery doesn't last at all. My husband's battery last for 2 days and mine only 10hours. So on 3 January 2014 I went back to Vodacom 4u in Menlyn Pretoria to report the problem and asked the manager at that branch to replace my phone because its within the 7 day return policy. But that never happened because the manager told us he must first send the phone to Samsung so they can diagnose the problem or they can test the battery at the branch. So we gave him the phone and they check the battery and found that the battery was faulty. So they replaced the battery with a new one. So its 3 weeks later and the battery again doesn't last. If they had replaced the phone as it was my right to do so, then this would be sorted by now. So either Vodacom investigate this problem or i will take this matter to all the news papers. And even to Samsung in Korea.
PLEASE SORT OUT MY PROBLEM!!!
