Lack of Customer Service

Its been over a month now since a requesterd someone from customer service to contact me and no response. My query related to my to to the call centre agent is Tsholofelo Lesejane and the call ref is 2047808. I have even manage to contact someone by the name of Sean Gouws but he also struggles to get a supervisor to contact me.
