Battery issues

On the 28th of October 2012 I called the AA because my Jeep Cherokee 2, 5 crd did'nt want to start in my yard, The AA responded and came out to help me, The technician advised me that my battery is completely dead and I need a new battery, I said no props replace the battery and he removed my willard 652 battery and replaced it with a 638 battery I ask him if the battery is big enough hence my Jeep mechanic at (Fourways Jeep) told me earlier on not to replace the battery with anything smaller than a 652, The AA tech said its fine my invoice number 112635 (paid cash) now it is winter and I am having endless problems to get my car started the battery just dies, I have called to report it but everytime they send the battery in for testing when it comes back they tell me the battery is fine there no issue with it, I told the technician that I need my bigger battery back, I am a qualified Electronics and IT engineer to my understanding a brand new battery is suppose to last atleast 5 years I refuse to buy a another battery I want my money back or replace my battery with the correct size I will even go as far as calling the dealership. my numer 078 019 0323 PLEASE ASIST ME
