THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS

After a very unpleasant experience last year November, when we had to literally chase CSS Tactical FOR MONTHS to come and install their alarm system in our premises, still today we have issues with their accounts. We were offered a lower rate as a compensation for their bad service (which in their system it is called "pensioners rate"). By bad service I mean: countless calls for them to come and install, bad installation, confirmation on their side that the alarm was working when in fact they hadn't even brought the radio system (needless to say, if something would have happened, our insurance company wouldn't have covered us), terrible quality of signal (CSS officers often come to our premises when the alarm hasn't gone off, and they don't come when it really does), a shocking technical department that all it does it write on a notebook that they need to come and fix a beam, but they never do, and a BIG "etc.".
Still after all this, Mr. Charles Nicholson only replied to my countless requests (dating back to 2012) TODAY saying that we signed a contract for X amount of money and that is what we need to pay. This is ridiculous. Certainly NOT the most professional company out there.
