Poor service and bad accounting practice

Faults on my system were attended to on 3 separate by ADT technicians. The problem appeared to be resolved and I paid an amount of R3880.09 on Inv J239211 against Quotation JHB68338. I then received a number of phone calls from ADT stating that my account had not been paid. I requested a copy of the invoice in question and advised that my account was fully paid. There was no response to my request and no further action was taken until I received a letter stating legal proceeding would take place to recover the outstanding money. I phoned N Mphuti in ADT accounts department again asking for a copy of the outstanding invoice to which she responded on 2/9/13.This Invoice J239211/1 for an amount of R2854.06 was less I had paid for previously for the same work. I.then emailed her all the relevant information on 2/9/13. I then phoned Ms J Petersen of ADT legal department and explained the situation to her. When she investigated she found that my payment had been incorrectly allocated. In the meantime ADT cut off service to my house. I sent a letter to Mr C Humphrey MD of ADT on 2/9/13 to which he has not responded.
The original technical problem has still not been fixed.
