Unauthorised stop orde

October 2012 a rep from ADT visited our business premises to offer to us a special to install, free of charge an alarm system on condition we take out a 2 year contract with them. We agreed on condition that the alarm and installation was free. When the technician was sent out a week later we were told we had to pay for the alarm system and installation, which was not agreed to in the first place. We cancelled the installation and did NOT agree on any contract from ADT. Ever since that time, ADT has been taking stop orders of the business account which we cancel every month. All efforts to contact ADT's account department or manager's has left me holding on the line for 20 minutes with no help or contact with either department. We are considering legal action against the company if they do not stop taking money from our account for service's they do not provide to us. We would like a manager or someone in charge of accounts to contact us to resolve this blatant crime.
