NO ALARM BUT ADT TAKES MY MONEY!

I mistakingly thought that ADT was a reputable company. I was mistaken! In November 2012 i attempted to sign up with ADT - after numerous days of rushing up and down to my home (because they gave times and dates on which they "would install my alarm system" - i still HAD NO ALARM SYSTEM. ADT's sales person then apologised and said the company does not have enough vehicles to get the job done! On the last day that i again sat at home waiting in vain, i made over 40 phone calls to Savva (a supervisor at ADT) - and still had no alarm! i eventually said they should cancel - i am no longer interested in dealing with ADT. BUT EVENTHOUGH THEY DID NOT INSTALL AN ALARM SYSTEM NOR EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE - THEY DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE TOTAL ALARM AND INSTALLATION CHARGES! I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK - AND AFTER NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS TO MARLENE, SAVVA AND A 35 MINUTE PHONE CALL WITH PETER MOTALLA (WHO KEPT ME ON HOLD BECAUSE HE COULD NOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE IN THEIR ACC'S DEPT?) - I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHEN EXACTLY THEY INTEND ON REFUNDING ME.
My advice is! DO NOT DEAL WITH ADT! Their customer service, installation team, sales team and acc's dept is a total disapointment!
