ADT armed response not helping

I took ADT armed response over NTP because i was convinced ADT was quite a reputable company. it seems i was wrong. first the sales person told me the annual radio fee is R37, the SMS i receved says R239. Secondly, the alarm system is faulty and keeps going off since begiin of November 2013 until today. It was reported i dont know how many times but all ADT is interested on is " we will charge you for sending our officers three time in the house, its in the contract". Was also told that the alarm system is still new and under warranty but i can book technician on standby at a cost. Even today, the alarm system is not working but i am paying. Pretoria west, Elandspoort rather take alternatives. ADT will only service you the day you sign in with them. the only interested in signing new clients, they dont care about existing clients because you would have signed three year contarct with them. I want out of the contract. My house is not safe as i speak.
