CHUBB, ONE YEAR! WITH NO RESOLUTION? SERIOUSLY?

I had a house fire this time last year. My alarm system was damaged. I called Chubb to let them know that my alarm system was damaged and as a result I am unable to arm the system properly without bypassing vital sensors on the system. They assured me that a technician would contact me to fix the system. Months had passed with the same pending issue, me calling to confirm when a technician will come fix the system. All this time the alarm had countless false alarms. Every time a Chubb consultant called I explained the situation and every time they said someone will contact me. About Six months passed and I decided that I am getting no resolution to this issue, why should I pay for this poor service. Immediately after non payment I started getting calls from Chubb accounts. They too agreed that my alarm had to be fixed. I agreed I would gladly pay my account once the system was working properly. This was just a total waste of my time, again I kept getting calls and letters from Chubb accounts and countless times I had to explain. Chubbs answer to this was a letter on my Gate saying they want to remove my "radio transmitter" as it belongs to them. ONE YEAR LATER still not resolved!
