Promisses, but no delivery

I joined ADT in December 2013 as I have just experienced an attempted burglary. I was promised the following:

1. We will place your property on high alert until your radio is installed. NEVER HAPPEND.
2. You can buy a barrel lock so that ADT have access to your premises. Even though I explained that the dog looks dangerous, he wont harm a fly, the ADT officer responding to the first alarm, did not enter the premises as he was afraid of the dog?!?
3. The technician that came to install the radio somehow got my current alarm not to work. I then signed a quote acceptance document for them to install a new system. As I was about to go away on holiday, I explained the importance of it happening before 28 December. He said no problem. IT NEVER HAPPEND.
4. I received a call from Michelle in the week 6 January 2014 to ask when can they install the alarm. I said to her I am not happy with ADT and would like the rep, Chris, to phone me. I AM STILL WAITING.

To top it all off, Chubb knocked on my door the day after I signed with ADT and offer me a free alarm with cheaper monthly rates!!! I was a fool not to accept it.
