PAID MONEY 2MONTHS AGO. I STILL HAVE NO ALARM SYST

Early January we signed a rental contract with ADT to come and activate and install an alarm system at our house. We had to pay an upfront installation fee of R599. To date I have been debited with a monthly fee of R210 and still have no alarm system activated. the sales person who sold the contract to us has gone missing in action. We have called the contact centre on numerous occasions, however, no one is able to assist with our refund. I have spoken to various senior people and still no refund.
HELP!!! How much more must one do to get your money refunded from this company. The experience has been the worst one ever. No one calls with feedback!!!

All we want is the installation fee and premium refunded urgently.
