Mix Telematics Africa (Matrix Vehicle Tracking)
Untrustworthy

I was advised by my car insurers to test my Vehicle tracking.
Upon doing so, via email, i received a reply from Mix Telematics, saying my vehicle is not traceable, and my unit is outdated, which i was suggested to upgrade. I decided to then call in, and my vehicle surprisingly was tracked, not before the agent gave me wrong details of my vehicle (old registration), which i changed months ago.

This is not how a tracking company should be operating, especially when it is really an emergency, and not a test scenario as above.
