REACTION TIME

I have a serious problem with ADT, I had 2 buraglaries in less than a year and my valuable possessions were taken. in the first incidence ADT took 45 minutes to respond, and the second time the same happened. I tried to call the call centre/ head office to report the 2 incidences, and was told that 1 of the managers will call me back. No one ever returned my call, and I should just continue to live a normal life as if nothing happened. This is not ON!!!
